THE SATURDAY EVENING POST, Philadelphia, Aug. 2, 1862 A desired yet rather scarce title from during the Civil War, as the front page occasionally featured a Harper's Weekly-like Civil War print.
This issue features on the ftpg: "Gen. Anger's Brigade Passing Through Manassas Gap, En Route to Reinforce Gen. Banks." with some detail. Some war reports inside. The bkpg. has a cartoon: "Ingeniously Put!"
