The front page has various reports from Europe on the Napoleonic War. Page 2 has several naval reports concerning American ships detained at Algiers, as well as: "Deserters" which relates to the attack on he ship Chesapeake by the frigate Leopard, then several correspondences from Rear Admiral Isaac Coffin concerning the sloop of war Wasp.
Four pages various damp staining and foxing, minor irregularities at the margins.
