Taking over half of page 2 and most of page 3 are taken up with an excellent and very detailed letter from Brigadier-General Benedict Arnold and his occupation of the Petersburg and Williamsburg areas and his actions in the vicinity in April and May, detailed in an almost day-by-day diary of his actions (see for portions). It concludes on page 2 where it is signed in type: B. Arnold.
Four pages, 7 1/4 by 12 inches, partial red tax stamp on the ftpg., period writing at the top of page 2.
