The top of page 3 has a report from New Orleans noting: "...brings advices that...received a white flag, understood to be from Billy Bowlegs, the Seminole chief, expressing a desire for peace & proposing to hold a council at the next full moon..." with a bit more.
Page 2 also has a report beginning: "The sea serpent continues to exhibit himself off Nahant..." with various detail.
Four pages, very nice condition.
