Page 2 has an early report on the death of John Wilkes Booth as most newspaper reported the event on the 28th.
A page 2 column is headed with: "IMPORTANT NEWS!" "The Assassin Booth and an Accomplice Driven From their Hiding Place!" "Booth Shot And Killed!" "His Accomplice Captured!" and other items relating to the later events of the Civil War.
Some content also on the Lincoln funeral.
