The front page has a letter of thanks from the President for the military protection of Fort Norfolk and Crany Island, signed in type: Th. Jefferson.
Also an item: "Spanish Aggression" noting: "...that the Spaniards at Mobile have seized 200 stand of arms...belonging to the United States..." and bit more.
Page 2 has an early report concerning the Chesapeake-Leopard Affair.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, very nice condition.
