An historic issue as page 2 begins with: "Inaugural Speech" of Thomas Jefferson's 2nd term, with a prefacing paragraph: "On the 4th instant at 4 o'clock, Mr. Jefferson appeared in the Chamber of the Senate of the United States, where his re-election was declared, and the necessary oath administered to him. ON this occasion he delivered the following SPEECH" which consumes nearly the first two columns.
At its conclusion it is signed in type: Thomas Jefferson. Pg. 3 has an editorial headed: "President Jefferson's Inaugural Speech".
Four pages, nice condition.
