Certainly the prime feature is the full printing of the State of the Union Address given by President & signed by him in type at its conclusion: Andrew Jackson.
In it he announces his controversial plan concerning the Native Americans which would be spelled out in the Indian Removal Act of 1830: "...I suggest...the propriety of setting apart an ample district west of the Mississippi, & without the limits of any state...to be guaranteed to the Indian tribes as long as they shall occupy it...This emigration should be voluntary; for it would be as cruel as unjust to compel the aborigines to abandon the graves of their fathers..." and much more. This would initiate what would be known as the Trail of Tears.
Sixteen pages, 6 1/4 by 9 1/2 inches, minor damp staining, good condition.
As noted in Wikipedia, this title: "...(was) one of the most widely-circulated magazines in the United States...Devoted primarily to politics...considered an important source for the history of the period."
