Inside has a report noting: "...we are now  enabled to state positively, that Commodore Truxton (sic) has resigned his commission in the navy. This will be a great loss to the navy; but it appears that Capt. Truxton (sic) was forced...to resign..." with a bit more.
Eight pages, 9 by 11 inches, great condition.
