Although there is much interesting content concerning the events just before the outbreak of the Civil War & the bombing of Fort Sumter, the prime content is the rather large page 6 map headed: "The New Territories: Colorado, Nevada, and Dakota". The map shows the western two-thirds of the American continent including California, Oregon, Washington Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and more. There is much descriptive text beneath the map as well.
Eight pages, light damp staining near the bottom, nice condition.
