The top of page 2 has an article: "A Fugitive At Cincinnati" which reports on the first fugitive slave case in Cincinnati since the enactment of the Fugitive Slave Law in 1850. This is the case of Washington McQuerry, an escaped slave from Kentucky who sought his freedom in Ohio.
Four pages, a very discrete archival mend on page 2, very nice condition.
