The entire issue is taken up with various reports concerning the Siege of Pondicherry, a military action in India which was part of the Anglo-French War. Included is: "Capitulation for Pondicherry" which includes all 26 Articles of the capitulation signed in type by Hector Munro and Edward Vernon at the "camp before Pondicherry, Oct. 17, 1778".
Eight pages, 7 3/4 by 12 inches, very nice condition.
