The front page begins with an Act off the Mass. legislature: "...to lessen the dangerous evils of Canine Madness, and other Injuries occasioned by Dogs."
Page 2 has some reports on the tensions between the United States and France, including a letter signed in type by the President: John Adams.
The back page has many nice illustrated ads.
Four pages, very handsome masthead, never-trimmed margins, nice condition.
