Page 3 has reports on the Mexican War with items headed; "Official" "Important From Mexico", this latter report taking a full column which includes a report from Santa Anna noting: "...The army of the enemy being upon the eve of moving upon this capital with a view to attack the same...martial law having been declared...".
Four pages, a discrete archival mend on pg. 3, very nice condition.
