Complete in 34 pages, this is the rare rag edition that was produced on very high quality newsprint, with a high percentage of cotton & linen content, allowing the issues to remain very white & sturdy into the present. Given the subscription cost, libraries & institutions rather than individuals were the primary subscribers of these high-quality editions. Very nice condition.
wikipedia notes: Sara Delano died suddenly on September 7, 1941, 230 days after her son's third inauguration as President and two weeks before her 87th birthday. The funeral was held at The Church of the Incarnation (Episcopal) on Madison Avenue in New York City. Her memory is commemorated with the Sara Delano Roosevelt Park in New York City's Lower East Side, which was dedicated during her lifetime, in 1934.
