Congress to meet in Princeton?

THE LONDON CHRONICLE, England, Nov. 22, 1783  Page 3 has a report from Charleston concerning commerce. Also a dateline from Savannah. Then a report from Congress concerning the finances of the country which includes a document signed in type: Robert Morris. Also a dispatch: "That it had been formally debated in Congress at Prince-Town [Princeton] whether the delegates should return to Philadelphia & resume their deliberations in that city? when it was resolved in the negative, seven states voting decidedly against the measure."
Congress met in Princeton for four months in 1783 to escape the riots in Phila. from soldiers demanding back pay from the war.
Eight pages, 8 1/4 by 11 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
