Page 3 has: "Occupation of Florida" which concerns: "...the measures pursued by the United States for the military occupation of West Florida...". Further on are four pages of: "Correspondence Between Mr. Monroe and Mr. Foster on the Subject of the Affair of the Little Belt", a naval incident that would lead to the War of 1812. It includes five letters signed in type by: James Monroe, then Secretary of State. And further on  are documents on settling the "Affair of the Chesapeake" from 4 years previous.
Included is an 8 page Supplement, so complete in 24 pages, 6 by 9 3/4 inches, very nice condition.

As noted in Wikipedia, this title: "...(was) one of the most widely-circulated magazines in the United States...Devoted primarily to politics...considered an important source for the history of the period."
