THE WEEKLY REGISTER, Baltimore, Sept. 14, 1811  The first five pages are focused on the hoped-for independence of Venezuela, with: "A Declaration of Rights by the People of Venezuela" which includes: "Sovereignty of The People"  "Rights Of Man In Society" "Duties of Man In Society" and "Duties of the Social Body". This is followed by the: "Declaration of Independence" of Venezuela which takes nearly 2 pages. Also: "Legislature of Caracas - Regulations Of The Liberty of the Press".
Sixteen pages, 6 by 9 3/4 inches, very nice condition.

As noted in Wikipedia, this title: "...(was) one of the most widely-circulated magazines in the United States...Devoted primarily to politics...considered an important source for the history of the period."
