* Historic ruling significantly strengthening the 1st Amendment

The front leaf has the landmark 1st Amendment upholding dismissal of the Daniel Ellsberg case. The banner headline has: "ELLSBERG CASE IS DISMISSED", with subheads: "'Improper Government Conduct' Judge Charges" and "Gray Told Nixon in July of Suspicions, Probers Say", with a photo showing the jubilant reaction of Daniel Ellsberg and his wife. The case was in regards to Ellsberg's illegal release of the Top Secret Pentagon Papers to the New York Times.
Some of the articles are continued on inside pages which are not included, however, the front page is in very good condition and is quite displayable.
