March 18, 1965

WALL STREET JOURNAL, Pacific Coast Edition, March 18, 1965  On the front page under the heading "World Wide" reports "Johnson Sent his new Negro voting bill to Congress"; "Alabama Officials were barred from hindering a 50-mile civil-rights march" and "Martin Luther King, Jr. triumphantly announced the decision to hundreds of his followers massed before the courthouse. The march will begin tomorrow and will take five days...".
Also on the front page is a small notice "Died: Amos Alonzo Stagg, 102, a football coach for 70 years in Stockton, Calif.".
Other news, financial reportings and advertisements are within.
This is complete in 26 pages, a slightly irregular left spine with some binding holes, otherwise in very nice condition.
