See the photo below for the listing of a patent issued for "Statistics, apparatus for compiling" to H. Hollerith, and two other patent numbers to H. Hollerith for "Statistics, compiling". This company by H. Hollerith would go on to become IBM ! Here is a terrific, inconspicuous item on the VERY beginning of the computer giant. These listings are among hundreds under the heading: "Index Of Inventions For Which Letters Patent of the United Were Granted Jan. 8, 1889".
You get the complete 16 page issue. Some small margin tears, minor staining, otherwise good.
