Page 3 has an article which begins: "The Jews are building a new synagogue at Philadelphia--it is now under roof. In the south east corner stone was deposited the coins of the country, and a plate with the following inscription..." with more.
There is also much reporting from Congress.
Sixteen pages, 6 by 9 1/2 inches, scattered foxing, good condition.
As noted in Wikipedia, this title: "...(was) one of the most widely-circulated magazines in the United States...Devoted primarily to politics...considered an important source for the history of the period."
