The Jan. 23rd issue has 14 pages and a two column photo on page 4 with caption: "Former Child Star Killed". (see)
You get both issues concerning the shooting death of child movie star Carl Switzer, better known as 'Alfalfa' of the 'Our Gang' TV comedy series.

Note: Carl was also the young momentary rival of Jimmy Stewart in It's A Wonderful Life.
