Large ftpg. head notes: "CITY OF RICHMOND Just Across the Bay From San Francisco" with the text beginning: "Western terminus of the Santa Fe Railroad and of pipe line of the Standard Oil Company is Richmond..." with more. Many ads and some photos.
Six pages, folio size, never bound nor trimmed, some margin tears, mostly nice.
