MASSACHUSETTS MERCURY, Boston, Dec. 25, 1798. A ftpg. report under "Legislature of Kentucky" says the Alien & Sedition Acts and a banking law were declared unconstitutional. It concludes by mentioning that "...they are in love with Alien, Sedition, and Fraud." Small hole in the second leaf.
