In this issue, there are several articles including "America's Chance in Russia" by Stanley Washburn; "Plutarch Lighs of History : No. I--Roosevelticus"; "The Charm of the Title" by Charles A. Bennett; "Revolution in Russia?" by Samuel N. Harper; "Preparedness in Polo" by Herbert Reed and "Everybody's Motor-Cycle" by John Chapman Hilder plus much more.

There are also several photos in this issue including "Urbs Inclyta" and "Leading Ladies of the Season."

Some illustrations are also included in this issue including a page with two illustrations, one titled "1904 U. S.--'He's Good Enough for Me!'" and the other titled "1916 T. R.--'He's Good Enough for Me!'" by Morris. Another full page illustration  is included called "When Knights Were Bold" by Rea Irvin.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
