This issue has a color cover page before the title page which has an illustration titled "Salvation Circus" by Chamberlain. On the back of the cover page there are several photos from the war.

In this issue, there are several articles including "Salvation Circus" by George Creel; "Ireland and the War" by Norman Hapgood; "Mrs. Harriman" by Carl Beck; "Is Contraception Immoral?" by Mary Alden Hopkins; "Stage Drift" by Karl Schmidt and "The Brass Ball" by Herbert Reed plus much more.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including the double page centerfold illustration which is titled "An Unusual Amount of Fiction has Appeared This Spring" by Morris and "Pen and Inklings" by Oliver Herford.

There is a half-page ad for "Mogul Egyptian Cigarettes." Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
