In this issue, there are several articles including "The Public and the Censor" by Arnold Bennett; "The Germans in Antwerp" by George F. Porter; "Nippon's War Stake" by G. L. Harding; "A Fair and a Big Idea"; "Germany's Hope" by Kuno Francke and "The Shell Game in Football" by Herbert Reed.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including the double page centerfold which is titled "Annexation" by Boardman Robinson and "Pen and Inklings" by Oliver Herford.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
