This issue has a color cover page before the title page. On the back of the cover page, there is a photo of "Huntington Hardwick, Harvard's 'Dependable.'"

In this issue, there are several articles including "In the Trenches"; "As it Looks to Carranza" by Allene Tupper Wilkes; "Democracy Justified" by Arnold Bennett; "The Flight from Antwerp" by George F. Porter; "Mixing 'Em Up" by Herbert Reed and America's Foremost City" by George Creel plus much more.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including the double page centerfold which is titled "The Messenger" by Boardman Robinson and "Pen and Inklings" by Oliver Herford.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
