This issue has a color cover sheet over it and the front page of this issue has a photo called "Woodrow Wilson--Democratic Nominee for President."

In this issue there is an article of "The Democratic National Convention" and there is an illustration by Kemble called "'Ready to Ride and Spread the Alarm Through Every Middlesex Village and Farm.'" Also in this issue is a full page illustration of "Governor Marshall of Indiana--Democratic Nominee for Vice-President" by T. de Thulstrup. There is another article called "When Grandfather "Made" the 'Varsity Nine" by Edward Bayard Moss plus there is a full page illustration called "Achievements of the Medal of Honor--Corporal Hampton M. Roach, Troop F. Fifth Cavalry, U.S.A" and much more.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century.
