This issue has a color cover page before the title page. On the back of the cover page, there is a photo of "The Nation's Watchdogs."

In this issue, there are several articles including "The Attack on New York" by Howard D. Wheeler; "Standing Pat for Progress" by Ray W. Ryder; "At the Bottom of the Pile" by Philip W. Whitcomb; "The Pendleton Round-Up"; "'Individual Stuff'" by Herbert Reed and "The Secession of Panama" by McGregor.

There are also several illustrations in this issue including "Pen and Inklings" by Oliver Herford and the double page centerfold illustration which is titled "Flanders" by Boardman Robinson.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
