HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, December 4, 1869  The front page of the issue shows: 'The Cuban Insurgents Burning Plantations' and 'Senor Miguel Aldama, President of the Cuban Junta'.  "The Presbyterian Union at Pittsburg" article also features four illustrations. A full page with four illustrations and text on the curious 'Cardiff Giant' who was 10 ft., 2 in. tall. A full page Thomas Nast's political cartoon, 'Robinson Crusoe - The Footprint On The Land Of Peace' concerns Grant.  A quarter page print of "Emanuel Swedenborg" who created a new sect of Protestantism. Also a quarter page print of "Emanuel Swedenborg's Cottage, Stockholm, Sweden" plus an article on him as well. A full page illustration is entitled "A Modern Tournament".
Complete in 16 pages and contains additional prints and related text.
