HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, March 27, 1869 The front page of the issue features the illustrations of the reconstructed Cabinet. There is a half-page illustration of "Soldiers' Cemetery at Arlington Heights, Virginia" with related article in which the illustration shows the rows of soldiers graves around Lee's home with the Potomac River and the dome of the Capitol in the background.
