A full page of 3 scenes of the 'Chicago Cattle Market' a quarter page by Thomas Nast shows a view of Gen. Grant. A halfpage illustration "'Stop Thief!' - A Sketch of Life in New York City". The back page features a Thomas Nast political cartoon "The Democratic Hell-Broth".
