HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, May 2, 1868 The full frontpage illustration is of 'The Erie Railroad Disaster - the Wrecked and Burning Cars'. There is a short text "Mr. Dickens's Farewell". A half-page illustration "Sergeant Bates with the Flag Passing through Richmond" has an accompanying article. A 1/4 page: 'Raid on Illicit Whisky Stills in Brooklyn' also features a small article. A full page illustrations "Annual Reception at the National Academy of Design, New York' and "Sioux Indians in Ambush Preparing to Attack Settlers" are nice. A full page is comprised of two illustrations, 'The Japanese Revolution - View of Yokohama' and 'The Japanese Revolution --Palace of the Tycoon and View of Jeddo'. A half-page illustration "children of Trinity Church, Brooklyn, making their Easter Offerings".
Complete in 16 pages and contains additional prints and related text.
