The doublepage centerfold has two naval prints, captioned: "Our New Gunboats"and: "Merchant Steamers Converted into Gunboats". Most of a page is taken up with 7 maps of the: "Southern Harbors" showing Charleston, Beaufort, New Orleans, Brunswick, Mobile, Wilmington, Fernandina, and Savannah.
