THE PLOUGH BOY, Albany, New York, 1820 Subtitled: "And Journal of the Board of Agriculture". Basically an agricultural-themed paper, but other content as well. The masthead features a nice engraving of a man & horse plowing a field. Note that the photo is "generic" and the issue you get will not have this specific date but will have the format as shown. Measures approximately 12x10 inches, 8 pages, scattered foxing and with two archival mends to the back of page one causing no loss.
