On page 11 of this complete, 12 page newspaper is a nice, illustrated one column advertisement for "Buffalo Bill's Wild West" show, with a small likeness of Buffalo Bill (see the photo below). The rest of the issue is filled with various news of the day & a wealth of ads. Several illustrations scattered throughout. Lightly browned, some small margin tears, otherwise good. Should be handled with care.
HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, Sept. 3, 1892 The full ftpg. is a nice print of: "Mrs. Grover Cleveland". Inside has a nice full page montage of prints by Frederic Remington: "Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show in London--The Cossacks & Guachos", including part of a poster which shows Buffalo Bill himself.

ST. LOUIS GLOBE-DEMOCRAT, Nov. 9, 1884 Likely due to its location on the edge of the Western frontier, this newspaper typically contained a wealth sensational crime reports and events from the West than found in eastern newspapers.
Page 7 has: "Frontier Gamblers" "The Games & Dealers of the Wild Southwest" & more. An interesting article on one of the iconic professions of the Wild West. Also in this issue: "The Man in the Iron Mask" & "The Robbery Record".

NEW YORK DAILY TRIBUNE, Aug. 27, 1894 Page 9 has a nice, illustrated advertisement for "Buffalo Bill's Wild West" show with a small likeness of Buffalo Bill (see). Just above it is an ad for "Sousa's Band", being the famed John Philip Sousa.
Complete in 10 pages, lightly browned, some small margin tears, otherwise good. Should be handled with care.

THE SAN DIEGO UNION, California, Sept. 15, 1878 The front page has an article: "Another Stage Robbery in Wyoming--An Exciting Affair--Fight with the Robbers".
This is a great & detailed account of a stagecoach robbery near Hot Creek, Wyoming.
Four pages, some archival strengthening at the irregular spine, a bit fragile but in nice condition.
HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, August 2, 1884 The full ftpg. is a Thomas Nast political cartoon: "The Key-Note of the Great Presidential Trial". Inside has a fullpg: "At the Mouth of the Columbia River" which includes a view of Astoria, Oregon. There is a terrific fullpg. print: "Buffalo Hunting" which shows 9 scenes. Also a full page: "The Rescue of the Survivors of the Greely Expedition" plus much more.
