The front page has a small one column heading: "Noted Outlaw Hanged" (see) Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 4 pages, 23 x 19 1/2 inches, a few small library stamps within the masthead, a few small binding holes along the spine, generally nice.

This is actually a "territorial" newspaper, as Oklahoma did not become a state until 1907, one of only 3 of the contiguous 48 to join the union in the 20th century (New Mexico & Arizona the other two).

This newspaper apparently only lasted a year, with no institutional holdings outside of Oklahoma.
