The front page features a two-line banner headline "3 New Explosions Rock Texas City; Death Toll Now More Than 650" with subhead "List 3,500 Persons Injured, Damage Totals 125 Million" and "Two Late Blasts occur On Freighter Loaded With Tons Of Nitrates, Sulphur". There is a photo on the front page with additional coverage and photos on the inside.
Also on the front page is a small article "Reports Elizabeth's Engagement to Philip to Be Announced Monday". This would be the engagement of present day Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip.
Other news of the day throughout including sports and various advertisements.
This is complete in 32 pages, with some binding holes along the left margin which does effect some text, otherwise in nice condition.
