The masthead has a nice engraving of the then-Pennsylvania coat-of-arms. The front page has a lengthy letter signed by: Andrew Oliver, Lt. Governor of Mass., (see for beginning). Page 2 has various reports from Warsaw, London, Portsmouth, Philadelphia, Toulon, Penzance & elsewhere.
Page 3 has: "A Proclamation" signed in type by: Richard Penn. concerning a reward for capturing those responsible for forged bills of credit (see).
Attached to the back is the single sheet "Supplement" issue which is filled with ads, & which speaks to the great success of this newspaper. Included are a large number of reward advertisements.
