NATIONAL INTELLIGENCER, Washington, D.C., Jan. 12, 1858 Page 3 has: "More Troops Fro Utah" which begins: "In anticipation of the continued opposition of the Mormons to the authority of the United States...the War Dept. has determined upon reinforcing the army of Utah..." with more. This is followed by: "General Orders--No. 1" which relates to the reinforcement of the military in Utah (see).
