This was the time of the French & Indian War in America, however none of the discussion in this issue focuses on this topic even though there are at least two mentions of America, one on the front page.
Measures 7 by 11 3/4 inches, light dirtiness to the front & back pages, a few very small rubbing holes do not affect readability.
