MINUTS OF THE PROCEEDINGS IN PARLIAMENT, Edinburgh, Scotland, Aug. 5, 1698 A very scarce newspaper which published when Parliament was in session. This is issue number 8. A single sheet with half of the back page blank below the imprint, which reads: "Edinburgh, Printed by the Heirs & Successors of Andrew Anderson...". Measures 7 by 11 1/2 inches and in great condition. Very rarely offered.
