SATURDAY EVENING POST, Philadelphia, March 28, 1840 Page 3 has a somewhat brief article: "Return Of The Jews" which notes: "It is said that a wealthy Jew, brother-in-law to the Rothschilds, is endeavoring to negotiate for a tract of land in Palestine for the purpose of planting a colony of Jews there, preparatory to the final restoration of that dispersed & persecuted people to the land of their fathers..." with a bit more (see).
