The front page is entirely taken up with documents headed: "Confidential Message, from the President of the United States...relative to the intercourse of the United States with foreign nations." signed in type: John Adams, followed by: "Additional Report" and "Official Documents" which carry over to page 2. Various news of the day inside.
Four pages, two small archival mends to inside pg. margins, very nice, displayable condition.
