* Rare title w/ nice masthead
Very unusual in that this is a 6 page issue as this was typically a single sheet newspaper. Page 4 has the lengthy: "Speech of his Grace Henry Duke of Portland..." under the heading: "Jamaica" (see for beginning). There is a response to him as well. Six pages, two handsome engravings in the masthead, 8 1/2 by 14 1/4 inches, great condition.
