Page 2 has half a column under the heading: "America", and further on is a letter from Boston noting: "...The Court of Commissioners for inquiring into & reporting to his Majesty a full & true account of all the circumstances relative to the attacking, plundering, and burning the schooner Gaspee, still continue to sit at Newport..." (see). The Gaspee Affair was an event which helped to ignite the Revolutionary War. See the hyperlink for details.
