Nice "Resolve" from Congress regarding those who might "...obstruct & defeat the efforts of the United Colonies in the defence of their just rights..." plus more.
The issue is complete in 46 pages measuring 5 by 8 1/4 inches and in very nice condition. Lacking the map called for.
