NEW YORK TRIBUNE, New York, May 5, 1865  Much on the Lincoln funeral with first column heads including: "Our Dead President" "the Obsequies At Springfield" "Last Honors to the Great Departed" "He Is Laid Gently to Rest" "Exercises At the Cemetery" "Scenes & Incidents". There are also some ftpg. items relating to the closing events of the Civil War.
There is much offsetting from page 3 which causes difficulty in reading, unfortunately. Similar offsetting on pgs. 4, 5 & 8 but not to 2, 3, 6 & 7.  But otherwise the issue is in very nice condition. All columns on all pages black-bordered.
